I now have two posts lost in cyber space.  I'm going to try and retrieve them but I'm not hopeful.  It really is unfortunate because I liked them.  Then again, I wrote it so it's a given that I liked it. 

I'll be more diligent about posting from a computer as opposed to a "smart" phone from now own.

Who is the True Inspiration?

I've been called an inspiration by several people this week. I like that I can make a difference just by being myself. The thing is, each time I hear I have inspired someone I become inspired by them.
I was contemplating skipping my run today.  Then I checked my Facebook and saw another comment about me inspiring someone. She is getting out and starting a couch to 5K program. She inspired me. Reading that gave me what I needed to push through this feeling and psych myself up to get out there and run.
So, thank you for inspiring me!
